Notes	WEAR you RHSB shirt, shorts (school or black/navy), white socks and trainers (I would recommend spikes if you have them). You can come into schools changed. BRING plenty of water, sun cream, layers (where applicable) in a suitable bag. MEDICATION needs to be brought with you. PACKED lunch will be provided but you may wish to bring your own snacks.
